As a coach, do you always lay it bare for your clients?

Do you have the confidence to tell them straight up what they need to hear?

Or do you censor yourself?

Sugar-coat it?

Wrap the mic-drop in a BS-sandwich?

As a coach, do you always lay it bare for your clients?
Do you have the confidence to tell them straight up what they need to hear?
Or do you censor yourself?
Sugar-coat it?
Wrap the mic-drop in a BS-sandwich?

You’re hurting your client’s chances at real results, and you’re disrespecting yourself by ignoring the truths you’re channeling in the session.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • I find it hard to tell people when they’re being a victim.
  • I sometimes lose control of the conversation when my client is deep in their stories.
  • I worry that if I’m really honest, my client will quit the contract and ask for a refund.
  • I don’t want people to think I’m mean.
  • I don’t feel secure enough in my assessment/s to tell the client when they’re on the wrong track.
  • I have trouble interrupting people, even when they’re going in the wrong direction.
  • When I’ve had to be firm with a client, I tend to ruminate on it and feel nervous or guilty for days afterward.

If you’re nodding your head…

You’re in
the right

Welcome to

Having the courage
to be honest with
people is the #1
way to effect
tangible, measurable change.

Imagine how fast you could

catalyze and expedite your clients’ results

if you were able to:

  • Call out their stories before they’ve had a chance to connect with them emotionally.
  • Illuminate patterns of victimization in a way that allows the client to correct the behavior, rather than feeling attacked and getting upset.
  • Facilitate mind-blowing realizations that help the client make massive structural change in mere hours.
  • Use empathy strategically so that you could meet your clients where they want to be, rather than at the level of their struggle.
  • Release your personal need to be liked, so that you can focus on being respected for the quality of your work.

W.I.S.C is a live, interactive course run by experienced life coach, author, and course creator, Sarah Reilly.

“Sarah is a shredder of snow and souls, the female Ricky Gervais of takedowns, and all around great person to help unfuck yourself.”

– Dave Cree, Founder and CEO of Common Good (CMNGD), Canada. The only commercial laundry service that primarily employs the homeless and impoverished.

W.I.S.C is a 4-week program comprised of:

Week 1: Giving up the idea of ‘nice’.

‘Nice’ is not ‘kind’, and ‘nice’ is not ‘respected’. If you want your clients to transition to their higher selves and create commensurate results, you must transcend the base survival need of being perceived as a ‘nice’ guy or a ‘good’ girl.

Week 2: Releasing control of others’ perceptions.

It’s time to stop being debilitated by the idea that you can create safety and security through a façade. In week 2, we learn about perception and finally release the delusion that we are safer when we shrink and censor and hide.

Week 3: Mastering emotional management.

The quality of our life is the quality of our daily emotions.

–Tony Robbins.

Without emotional control, we are a victim of our environment, and we end up pandering to our clients rather than serving them.

Week 4: Speaking your truth.

What comes through you in a coaching session is channeled and sacred. That you would censor or neutralize it is indicative of a lack of respect for your gifts, and a sign that you are prioritizing perceived safety above impact. If you are a coach who seeks to change lives on a massive scale, this module will be a game-changer for you.

W.I.S.C. includes:

  • Four weekly workbooks with questions and thought-provoking journal prompts for strengthening your confidence, courage, and authenticity.
  • Four interactive group calls with Sarah, where she will answer your questions, resolve any issues or confusion and do live, on-the-spot coaching to ensure everyone gets what they need, and no-one is left behind.
  • A private Facebook group where everyone can share their wins, find their tribe, and get daily support and encouragement.
  • A follow-up 1-1 coaching session with Sarah (valued at USD$550), to cement the new learnings and lock-in your new methods of operation.
  • A 20% off coupon valid for ANY other SRC program.
  • Special alumni rates if you want to re-do the W.I.S.C. program in the future.
  • Group discount rates if you want to do the course with friends or business associates.

This is a private, intimate group program, and the participant numbers are kept low to ensure all members get as much support as possible to integrate their new standards.

The investment is $799, and there are payment plans available.

The total must be paid in full before the course start date. If your payment remains incomplete at the start date it will be held as credit and can be used on the next round of WISC or any other SRC product.

Next intake date to be confirmed:

Do you offer guarantees of success?
No coaching programs can offer a guarantee because the extent of your success depends on the amount of effort you put in. If you show up to the calls, do your bookwork, connect with the group and play full out, you will learn and grow immeasurably. But this group only accepts adults, and we can’t control how adults behave.
What if it doesn’t work?
This is code for ‘what if I don’t do the work?’ That is entirely up to you. Once you’ve paid the course fee and been added to the group, you can participate as much or as little as you want. This isn’t school, and Sarah isn’t your mom 😉
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
If the course hasn’t started and you haven’t been sent any content, yes we will refund you, minus the processing fee. Once you’re in and the books have been sent, we do not offer refunds as the content is not returnable.
How many people are in each group?
We try to cap each cycle at 10 participants. This may fluctuate slightly at the discretion of SRC to best serve our clientele.
How do I get my follow-up session with Sarah?
At the end of the course, all participants will receive a booking link to select a time that fits their schedule.
Do course alumni receive any other special benefits?
Yes, participants in the W.I.S.C program receive a coupon for 20% off any other SRC program.
What if I want to go through W.I.S.C again?
W.I.S.C. alumni can re-sign for as many subsequent rounds as they like at 50% off.
I would like to offer a testimonial. Where do I send it?

Testimonials about W.I.S.C. are so appreciated. Written or video submissions can be sent to

If I bring a friend, do I get a discount?
Groups can sign up for W.I.S.C. at a discounted rate. If you bring one or two friends, you each get 10% off. If you bring three or more friends, you all get 20% off.
